Housing Development Workshop Series

The City of Ironwood is hosting a free 3 workshop series to educate and encourage development in our area. Jenifer Acosta is a Michigan based developer and coach who has helped developers and communities across the country. She knows it’s about more than land and buildings. She understands how entrepreneurs, investors, and developers need a unique place to create their dream spaces, build wealth, and strengthen community. A coach to emerging developers, her expertise serves to streamline the process of buying, selling, developing, or investing in real estate.
