Ironwood Riverside Cemetery
The City of Ironwood’s Riverside Cemetery records date back to 1892, and it consists of 80+ acres, 71 blocks and 3 military sections. The cemetery location is at the west end of the City of Ironwood with the main intersection of Broadway and Hemlock Streets.
Cemetery Burials take place typically from end of April through November seasonally. As soon as the snow diminishes the City of Ironwood crews start preparing for the summer months, cleaning lots and roadways of any winter damages and debris.
